SustainaPac will produce formed natural fiber, compostable food service packaging products for the QSR, general food service, and food retailing industries. Products for single-use food service applications will include hinged containers, cup lids, bowls, trays, and related products with unique brand identification options .
Replacing Plastic
SustainaPac products will replace EPS foam and hard plastic food service single-use packaging products that are some of the primary sources of plastic pollution on planet Earth today. Unlike plastic, no matter what happens to cellulose fiber-based products once discarded, they have no negative effect on living things...like us!
Sustainability Plus
SustainaPac products will be made using the advanced PulPac Dry Fiber Forming Process, the world's most capital, materials, and energy efficient fiber molding process...and a process that has zero effluents. Only FSC certified fiber will be used in SustainaPac products and they will contain no PFAS (fluorine) impermeability additives.
Made in the USA
SustainaPac products will be economically made in multiple facilities acrooss the USA. SustainaPac’s high output US fiber forming plants will provide custom product contract manufacturing for the food service packaging industry and scaled production of SustainaPac proprietary food service packaging products.
